What is your Returns Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and folded correctly in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns & Tariffs

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please be aware that your return may be subject to customs duties or tariffs. These fees are assessed by your local customs authority and, if charged to us upon receipt of your return, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item). We recommend marking your package as a "return" to minimize the chance of additional fees.

To Protect our Customers

Sadly a few customers have used clothing and then returned it to us after the event they attended, requesting a refund. We have to destroy these items and this just inflates our costs and hurts our ability to keep prices low for our genuine customers.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns that arrive in a used condition (which includes missing labels), excessively creased, or where they are not in original packaging.

Around events such as Halloween, New Year, etc we will provide exchanges only.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If all is good, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you do send us used items we will give you the option of having them returned to you (shipping to be paid by the customer), or we can destroy them for you.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Refusing a Delivery or Unpaid Customs Fees

If you refuse a shipment or do not pay the required customs/duties, you are responsible for:

The original shipping cost

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes charged (both ways)
  • The cost of sending the package back to us
  • These fees will be deducted from your refund.

If we receive the item(s) back from the shipper these fees will be deducted from your refund. Often the items are destroyed by the shipper, and in those cases we cannot provide a refund.

Please note: Customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
